The Mark III reactor was the first reactor to include the most innovative feature - the shaftless auger. Unfortunantly, due to being made out of a 55 gallon drum ( thin metal) the reactor violently ruptured during it’s first legitimate operation.

There is no true footage of Mark III running since it exploded on it’s first test run. However, there is plenty of construction footage!
