JAB Innovations is a registered 501c3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization headquartered in Alabama, USA.
Our work is funded entirely through donations and grants. No commercial products are sold through this website.
You may use this website for its intended purpose: learning about our mission, donating, signing up for events, and getting in touch. That's it.

When you register for a NatureJAB event, you're expressing your intent to attend. Registration does not guarantee entry in all cases.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled by JAB Innovations, we'll notify you by email as soon as possible.
NatureJAB events are meant to be welcoming spaces. We expect everyone to show up with respect for the mission and for each other.

Violating our code of conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund. Serious violations may be reported to local law enforcement.
Donations to JAB Innovations are processed securely through Stripe. All donations go directly toward funding our research, equipment builds, and public demonstrations.
All donation transactions are encrypted. We don't store your card number. See Section 2 of our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.
Everything on this website — text, images, video, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to JAB Innovations.

NatureJAB events are public demonstrations. By attending, you acknowledge that photos and video may be captured for use in our content, social media, and press materials.
If you register for an event, you'll be presented with a separate likeness waiver at the point of registration. Signing it means we can use photos or video that include you. You're free to decline, but you may need to notify staff at the event so they can accommodate you.
If you submit content to us — photos, testimonials, messages — you grant JAB Innovations a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to support our mission.
We take privacy seriously. Our full Privacy Policy covers everything in detail — what we collect, how we use it, your rights, and how to request deletion.
The short version: we collect only what we need to run events and process donations. We don't sell your data. We use Stripe for payments and Supabase for data hosting.
This website is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate, but we can't promise it always will be.
JAB Innovations is a research-stage nonprofit. The technology is real, tested, and continuing to develop. We describe it accurately to the best of our knowledge.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, JAB Innovations and its officers, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at our events.
Our total liability for any claim related to this website will not exceed the amount you paid to JAB Innovations in the 12 months before the claim (or $50, whichever is greater).
